An exciting weekend with the Prem Women coming within a whisker of taking out the Inter City Final losing in sudden death on shoot out. However, the P3 and D1 women have both reached the Grand Final. Prem 2 Women came very close to making the Final and Div 3 Women in their founding year are in the Bowl Final. Rachel Drane who is six months pregnant had a fabulous game as D2 Women fought valiantly against Warkworth.
On the Men's side D2 Yellow thrashed Takapuna 8-0 to join Maroon in Plate Final. The teams fighting for places in the Grand Final came close and have all performed better than last year with P2 coming within a whisker of making the Grand Final - bonus points and goal difference counted against them despite having the best results of the round robin; and D1 Men Tiger Turf coming within four minutes of a Grand Final.
