Yellow come out top in tightly fought D2 derby

A competitive game played in a good spirit was won 4-0 by Yellow with goals to Oli Peterson (2), Bradley Bycroft and Rob Kennedy. After the game the teams retired to Columbus Coffee to enjoy the hospitality provided by Danny Wrigley and his team.


Graeme Moscrip Yellow Manager said "We knew Black would fight hard and never give in." Richard Van Der Vegte Black Manager commented "The score of 4-0 was a fair result. Two players had their birthday with Bradley scoring on his 21st birthday being almost half the age of Graham Wessels.


D1 goalies Benjamin and Dominic Holt joined Dad Andrew playing for Black. They will be facing off again in the D1 derby.
