Premier Men 3 (Netesh Sukha, Matt Cornwall x2) NSU 1
Huge win for the P1 boys. On a hot day the boys took it to NSU, and after an even first quarter, and despite seeing a goal chalked off early in the second, we took the lead from a Netesh Sukha PC.
3rd quarter more of the same, a hotly contested until Matt Cornwall double the lead with an awesome deflection.
NSU threw all but the kitchen sink in the final quarter of the game, eventually pulling one back from a broken down PC. But the boys stood firm, even keeping out a barrage of PCs, before eventually some silky skills from Isaac Houlbrooke in the final few minutes, saw his cross Leave Cornwall with an easy tap in.
Onwards and upwards!!
