ABC Hockey Club is providing its first ever full club preseason training programme. This is to give both existing and new members a chance to get some 'stick on ball' training before the main club trials and also to catch-up with team-mates following the summer holiday.
Led by ABC's Director of Coaching, James Coughlan, and supported by some of the club's top players and 2021 grade coaches, the ABC preseason will have a high skill development focus on all aspects of the game. This will mean ABC can take another step forward after a successful 2020 season.
There will be three sessions on the following dates, times, and locations:
P2/P3 - 3 x Tuesday sessions 26th January - 7-8.30pm Harbour 5 2nd February - 7-8.30pm Harbour 5 9th February - 6.30-8pm Miller 3 D1, 2 & 3 - 3 x Thursday sessions 28th January - 6.30-8pm Miller 3 4th February - 6.30-8pm Miller 3 11th February - 6.30-8pm Miller 3 The cost will be just $10 per session but you must register using the link (below) so James can see registrations and get appropriate coaches along. https://www.abchockey.net/preseason-training-registration
