Ben has been playing hockey since childhood.  Part of a hockey-playing family, Ben started playing Adult Hockey with ABC with Dad, John who now plays D2, in 2014. 

He has rapidly progressed through the grades and now forms part of a strong defensive partnership in the Prems.
